Topics that fit this sheet include: NFPA 220 construction types (I-V), Type V (light frame) hazards including lightweight wood truss and engineered I-joists, fire behavior in different construction types, collapse indicators and time-to-failure under fire, modern vs legacy construction, occupancy classifications, fire load and fuel package, built-in fire protection (sprinklers, standpipes, FDC, alarm panel), pre-incident plan development and update, hazards and access (gates, locks, knox box), utility shutoffs (gas, electric, water), water supply (hydrants, FDC pressure), special hazards (solar, batteries, hazmat, confined space).
