Instructor-led walk-through of apparatus tools and equipment. Officer selects focus compartment / equipment group. Topics that fit this sheet include: full apparatus inventory walk-through, hand tools (pike pole, hooks, halligan, axe, sledge), power tools (rotary saw, chainsaw, K-12, fans, hydraulic tools), small equipment (TIC, gas meters, AED, oxygen, salvage covers), specialty equipment (water rescue gear, hazmat kits, RIT bag, mass casualty), apparatus systems (pump, foam, generator, light tower, scene lighting), and start-up / shutdown / maintenance procedures. Cover daily / weekly / monthly checks (NFPA 1500, 1911). Document specific compartment, equipment, or system covered.
