Full-scale hands-on facility training (3-6 hours) covering Operations-level hazmat evolutions. Officer selects evolutions. Possible evolutions include: identification (placard, label, shipping paper, container shape), ERG lookup and zone establishment, monitoring and metering (multi-gas, pH, radiation), donning and doffing Level B / C PPE under buddy system, gross / technical decon line setup and operation, defensive product control (absorb, dam, dike, dilute, divert, retain, vapor suppression with fog stream), simulated leak control, simulated patient decon, and command structure / hot-warm-cold zones. Each evolution under realistic time and PPE constraints. Includes pre-brief, evolution, AAR, and reset. Reference: NFPA 470, OSHA 1910.120. Document evolutions, PPE time, and findings.

  1. 1. Identify the product and establish initial isolation distance.
  2. 2. Don and doff PPE within target time and buddy system.
  3. 3. Set up and operate decon line.
  4. 4. Apply appropriate defensive control technique.
  5. 5. Conduct AAR and document for AHJ / OSHA records.
